Budget passenger carrier GoAir on Friday said it will be migrating to a new passenger service system from June 25.
According to the airline, the migration process will begin from 6.00 p.m. on June 24 to 6.00 a.m. on June 25.
"Passengers will not be able to make any new bookings, amendments, cancellations during this migration period. Mobile and online check-in will also be unavailable during this period," the company said in a statement.
"Flight schedules, however, will not be affected during the migration period and passengers travelling on any GoAir flight during this period from 6.00 p.m. on 24th June to 6.00 a.m. on 25th June are requested to report at check-in counters 3 hours prior to scheduled flight times."
The airline added that the new system will provide passengers with options for ancillary service like pre-purchase of meals, excess baggage and seat selection.
