Uruguayan footballers Diego Godin and Jose Gimenez along with Mexico's Raul Jimenez joined the Atletico Madrid pre-season training session on Monday after arriving at the camp on Sunday.
The rest of the squad has been training in the Spanish suburb of Los Angeles de San Rafael for some time, but the three players missed out on some sessions while serving their international duties in the Copa America, reports Efe.
The Atletico players were in the gym at mid-day and made their way to the field in the later afternoon.
Meanwhile, France's Lucas Hernandez is also expected to join, following his participation in the UEFA European Under-19 Championship.
