A 35-year-old businessman here shot himself in the head with his licensed revolver, and his condition was very critical, police said Wednesday.
Sunil Rana, a resident of Bajghera village near Palam Vihar here, shot himself in his house around Tuesday midnight.
The reason behind the shooting could not be established, but prima facie it seemed he tried to kill himself as he was facing losses in business, police officer Satendra Kumar told IANS.
Rana, who runs a travel agency in Gurgaon's DLF-3 area, did not leave any note explaining his extreme step.
He was admitted to a hospital in Sector 38 and his condition was said to be very critical.
