Actress Anne Hathaway is in talks to replace Reese Witherspoon in "The Intern".
The Warner Bros. Studios comedy was supposed to star Witherspoon, but she quit the project due to the schedule and it is now said that Hathaway will come on board for the movie, reports hollywoodreporter.com.
Directed by Nancy Meyers, the movie will also feature Robert De Niro.
A workplace comedy, "The Intern" revolves around an Internet company owner, who gets assigned an intern, a retiree (De Niro). He becomes a valuable resource and the two develop a relationship.
