Actress Heather Locklear will soon move from the psychiatric ward of a hospital here to a long-term facility so that doctors, psychiatrists and others can help her deal with serious substance abuse as well as mental health issues.
According to tmz.com, informed sources said that doctors at the hospital where she was taken after her latest arrest have conducted a battery of tests that have painted a clear picture.
Locklear's problems involve substance abuse and mental health in equal measure, although it's possible the latter is even more serious than the former.
She has voluntarily agreed to enter the long-term facility for treatment.
