Supermodel Heidi Klum surprised her 1.8 million followers on Instagram by posting a black-and-white photo of her derriere being patted with a 'naughty spoon'.
Klum, 42, posted a photograph, showing her denim skirt being lifted up, putting her derriere on full display, reports aceshowbiz.com.
It appeared that her derriere got "spanked" by an unidentified man's hand holding a big spoon which read: "The Naughty Spoon." Klum cheekily captioned the image: "Ouch".
