Actress-model Helen Flanagan had an emergency spray tan session at midnight because she was terrified of looking pale.
The 22-year-old, who is due to start filming for the new show "Celebrity Super Spa" in Liverpool, couldn't sleep thinking about her looks and called for a tanning session at 1.30 a.m., reports thesun.co.uk.
"Helen is very self-conscious. She was in her hotel room and wanted to get a good night's sleep before filming her new show the next day," said a source.
"But she looked in the mirror and convinced herself she looked really pasty. From that point on she couldn't sleep.
"Finally her friend got hold of a girl called Nicole Francis - but by the time she got to the hotel it was 1.30 a.m. That didn't matter to Helen. They did the tanning session and she went straight to bed knowing she'd be looking her best next morning," added the source.
