Actress Hilary Duff has dyed her ombre hair blonde and says that it was a much needed change.
The 25-year-old shared a photograph of her blonde look on microblogging website Twitter Monday, reports eonline.com.
"Bye bye ombre hair! Just a strait blondie," read the caption.
In the photograph, Duff is wearing a black sleeveless top and is looking away from the camera, with her freshly styled blond hair flowing around her face.
Before revealing her new look, she posted a photograph with foils in her hair, saying, "This needed to happen, dem roots were getting cray."
