Himachal CM grieved by Mufti Sayeed's death

Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh on Thursday expressed grief over the death of his Jammu and Kashmir counterpart Mufti Muhammad Sayeed.

Describing him as a veteran politician, Virbhadra Singh said Sayeed had a long and distinguished political career.

He said Sayeed's demise has left a huge void in the nation.

State Congress president Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu said Sayeed was known for his love for the common man, especially the underprivileged.
