Sebastian Rudy will stay with 1899 Hoffenheim until June 2017, the German Bundesliga club announced on its official homepage.
The 23-year-old mid-fielder put pen to paper on three-year contract extension during the training camp in Spain Friday, reports Xinhua.
Rudy started his senior career in 2008 in Stuttgart where he made 15 official appearances until 2010.
"Sebastian is an extraordinarily talented player, whose skills are not yet exhausted. We are delighted to continue working with him," Hoffenheim director of professional football Alexander Rosen said in an official statement.
"I have always said that I would love to stay at Hoffenheim. I like the recent development of the club, I have fun with my teammates and I noticed that Hoffenheim relies on me," midfielder Rudy said.
Hoffenheim occupy 12th position with 18 points in the German Bundesliga standings.
