"Airlift" fame actress Feryna Wazheir says she has been offered a couple of international films.
Is she trying her luck in Hollywood?
Feryna, a Scottish Asian, told IANS: "I have come the other way! Seriously though, I have already shot a couple of short films in the West which have won awards on the festival circuits. I have been offered a couple of international films, but it's too early to talk about them."
"Because I've grown up in the West and trained there, it's easier for me to do those kinds of films. For me, India is the challenge," she added.
The actress says she doesn't have to work too hard on her Hindi.
She said: "Luckily, I don't have to work too hard on my Hindi. I grew up speaking Urdu. I have shot Hindi films in sync sound and always done my own dubbing."
