Actor Ali Fazal, who participated in a drag race at the Aamby Valley City to promote "Furious 7", is confident that he won't disappoint his fans with his appearance in the upcoming Hollywood action thriller movie.
The new film in the popular "Fast & Furious" franchise is all set for release April 3 worldwide. Ali is doing his bit to promote it. On Jan 11, he participated in a drag race.
"The 'Furious 7' producers Universal Studios had arranged the drag race as part of the film's promotion in India. Audiences in India won't be disappointed by the length of my role. I've enough footage to make my presence felt," he said.
The young actor who started his career with an unbilled appearance in "3 Idiots", is looking westward to expanding his horizons.
"I was offered a role in the series 'Homeland' which I couldn't do because the dates clashed with my film with the Bhatts - 'Khamoshiyan'. But I wish I had done it. Look at how much notice the series got Nimrat Kaur," he added.
