India opt to field against Sri Lanka in one-off T20I

India won the toss and elected to field against Sri Lanka in the one-off Twenty20 International (T20I) at the R. Premadasa Stadium here on Wednesday.

For India, batsman Lokesh Rahul and left arm spinner Axar patel replaced batsman Ajinkya Rahane and pacer Shardul Thakur for the match.

Teams:

Sri Lanka: Niroshan Dickwella (wicket-keeper), Upul Tharanga (captain), Dilshan Munaweera, Ashan Priyanjan, Angelo Mathews, Dasun Shanaka, Seekkuge Prasanna, Thisara Perera, Akila Dananjaya, Lasith Malinga, Isuru Udana.

India: Rohit Sharma, Virat Kohli (captain), Lokesh Rahul, Manish Pandey, Kedar Jadhav, Mahendra Singh Dhoni (wicket-keeper), Axar Patel, Bhuvneshwar Kumar, Jasprit Bumrah, Yuzvendra Chahal, Kuldeep Yadav.
