India thrash Sri Lanka by 153 runs

Rohit Sharma grabbed all the headlines as India thrashed an abysmal Sri Lanka by 153 runs to take a 4-0 lead in the five-match ODI series at the Eden Gardens here Thursday.

Rohit Sharma's world record innings of 264 powered the hosts to a mammoth 404 for five.

In reply, Sri Lanka were bowled out for 251 in 43.1 overs, handing India one of their easiest victories.

Dhawal Kulkarni was the pick of the Indian bowlers taking four wickets.
