Indonesian plane crash toll rises to 141

The toll in the crash of an Indonesian Hercules C-130 military cargo aircraft in the city of Medan has risen to 141, police said on Wednesday.

The aircraft crashed and exploded in a residential area of North Sumatra's capital city of Medan on Tuesday shortly after take-off, Xinhua news agency reported.
