Iraqi man dies in Gurgaon

An Iraqi man died while shopping at a market here, police said Tuesday.

Mutar Quashim, 60, was declared dead at the Civil Hospital after he fell unconscious in the Sadar Bazar market of old Gurgaon.

A resident of Basra in Iraq, he had been admitted to the multi-specialty Artemis Hospital here for cancer treatment around three weeks ago, Assistant Commissioner of Police Rajesh Kumar told IANS.

Yudhveer Singh, a doctor who conducted the post mortem examination of the deceased, told IANS: "Quashim had tumour in his brain. He died after a heart attack and brain stroke."
