Actress Amanda Bynes has been offered a deal for an album by a record label.

Her interest in hip hop music is one of the reasons why the label owner took this step.

"The fact that Bynes wants to do hip hop music means that Chinga Chang label is the best place for her to do this, because of my past experience with bringing pop and legitimate hip hop together," radaronline.com quoted Daniel Herman of Chinga Chang Records label as saying.

Herman has reached out to Bynes' attorneys to negotiate the deal.
