Shanghai, Nov 7 (IANS/AKI) A young Italian woman was killed when she fell from a third-floor apartment in the eastern Chinese city of Wuxi on Sunday, Italy's Consulate General in Shanghai announced.
Chinese police have launched an investigation into the death of 25-year-old Anna Tiberi, who came from the town of Fabriano in Italy's eastern Marche region, Italian officials said.
At the time of her death, Tiberi was working as a local tour guide.
Tiberi graduated last year as a cultural mediator and interpretor from the University for Foreigners in Sienna.
