An 18-year-old student of Jamia Millia Islamia, who was reportedly under depression, committed suicide by hanging himself at his home, a police officer said Monday.
The body of Bharat Nagpal was found hanging from a ceiling fan by her mother Monday morning at their east Delhi residence in Shakarpur area. Police said that no suicide note was found.
Nagpal, a second-year student of bachelor of computer application (BCA) was under depression for the past few days, a family member told the police.
