Taking stock of the situation in border districts Rajouri and Poonch of flood ravaged Jammu and Kashmir, Chief Minister Omar Abdullah has said the state government must carry out relief and rehabilitation work in a planned manner.
The strategic Jammu-Srinagar national highway was also re-opened for vehicular traffic Tuesday after it remained closed for 14 days.
