Six-time Grammy Award winner Janet Jackson called police to do a welfare check on her one-year-old son Eissa.
She called the police while the child was with his father, reports tmz.com.
According to law enforcement sources, Jackson made the call to Malibu authorities, asking police to check in on her son, who was with her estranged husband, Wissam Al Mana, at a Hotel.
Police officer told the two parties -- Jackson and Al Mana, in this case -- to handle the matter civilly. It's unclear if the singer was on the scene or not, though.
Jackson was tipped off about some aggressive behaviour displayed by Al Mana, which concerned a nanny, enough to alert Jackson.
