Actress Jennie Garth and her ex-husband, actor Peter Facinelli, have sold their old house in Toluca Lake here for $3.99 million, less than the original asking price, to writer-producer Bill Prady.

The former couple have sold their house for $2 million less than the original asking price, reports femalefirst.co.uk.

The "Twilight Saga" star and the former "Beverly Hills 90210" actress bought the house in 2003 for $1.35 million and lived there until they separated in January 2012 after 11 years of marriage, according to the LA Times.

They then put it on the market for $5.9 million.

The property, which was built in 1937 and was previously owned by country singer Tex Ritter, boasts a formal dining room, six bedrooms, eight bathrooms, two master bedroom suites, gym, bar, games room and dual offices.
