Actress Jessica Alba says she tries to "maintain healthy habits" instead of dieting and likes to infuse water with fruit and herbs.
"It's less about diet and more about maintaining healthy habits for me. I try to eat plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables, and I eat plant-based whenever possible. I limit the dairy in my diet and sodium intake, especially before a photo shoot," said Alba.
The "Good Luck Chuck" actress also likes to infuse water with different flavours to encourage her to drink more as it keeps her skin glowing, reports femalefirst.co.uk.
"It may be simple, but it's amazing how beneficial it is to drink lots of water. My skin is healthier and brighter, and I feel less tired. Adding fresh fruit and herbs inspires me to drink more," she told Look magazine.
