Actress-singer Jennifer Lopez will be seen as a cougar mother in her next movie "The Boy Next Door".
The movie will follow the "On the floor" hitmaker as a newly-single mother as she is involved in an affair with her teenage neighbour who befriends her son, reports aceshowbiz.com.
The film is produced by Jason Blum while Rob Cohen is reportedly in talks to wear the director's hat. Barbara Curry has penned down the script.
The 44-year-old, who is returning to the judges' panel of singing reality show "American Idol", is dating a much-younger boyfriend Casper Smart in real life.
