Singer Justin Bieber was spotted lighting up a cigarette outside a hotel despite vowing to quit.
The singer was caught smoking on January 9 afternoon here.
It was just last week that Bieber said at "The Bert Show" that one of his New Year's resolutions was to ditch smoking, reports aceshowbiz.com.
"I'm going to quit smoking, I'm gonna do it. It's not healthy. "That's why ...I just don't want to be someone who people are like, 'He's smoking, he's a bad person'," the "Baby" hitmaker had said.
Bieber was living in the hotel where he was caught smoking again. According to tmz.com, an employee of the hotel told Bieber not to smoke near the entrance and the singer moved.
