Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Wednesday offered "all resources at my disposal" towards flood relief in Tamil Nadu.
"I am deeply saddened to learn about the havoc wrecked by incessant rains in Chennai and other parts of Tamil Nadu," Kejriwal said in a message to his Tamil Nadu counterpart J. Jayalalithaa.
"My heart goes out to the people of Tamil Nadu in this hour of crisis.
"I wish to convey deepest sympathies for the loss of life and property suffered by the people of Tamil Nadu on behalf of the people of Delhi.
"I also pledge my fullest support and all resources at my disposal towards any cooperation required by you in your efforts to bring relief to the affected people of your state," the AAP leader added.
