Actress Kelly Osbourne is reportedly planning to sue former landlord for not returning her security deposit.
The landlord has refused to return $18,700 deposit. They e-mailed her claiming the estimate bill of damages and cleaning expenses would wipe out the entire lump sum, reports tmz.com.
According to Osbourne, the owners never checked the place when she moved out of the pad.
She is suing to get her deposit back and under California law, the landlord could be forced to pay out almost double the amount if found guilty of wrongly retaining the deposit.
