Kenyan Asbel Kiprop wins 1,500m gold at Worlds
Asbel Kiprop led Kenya's top-two finish at the men's 1,500 metres final of the World Athletics Championships here on Sunday.
Kiprop clocked 3:34.40 minutes for the gold medal and Elijah Motonei Manangoi had the silver medal in 3:34.63 minutes, reports Xinhua.
Morocco's Abdalaati Iguider took the bronze medal in 3:34.67 minutes at the Bird's Nest stadium.
