Reality TV personality Khloe Kardashian says that 2015 has been her worst year so far, but adds that she has a number of options to help her cope up, including ice-cream, music and gym.

Replying to a fan's query on what keeps the "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" star going, Khloe replied: "Sometimes a little bit of ice-cream helps. But you know what, music is a mood-changer," reports femalefirst.co.uk.

"If I'm sad and I'm going to listen to something sad, a love song or whatever, I'm just gonna be sadder and cry."

"And sometimes you need a good cry but you cannot sit balled up in a corner and just 'Oh, woe is me.' Everyone is allowed to have their day, everyone's allowed to feel bad, but you've got to get over it. You've got to get up. Go to the gym, get some endorphins going in you," she added.

Khloe paid tribute to her family in an emotional blog post this week and revealed how they have helped her in tough times.

"Without my crazy, chaotic, amazing family, I'm not sure how I could have gone through some of the things that I was tested with this year. Every night I thank the Lord for blessing me with the world's best support system and team of unconditional love," she wrote on her website.
