Actress Kiara Advani says she is excited to feature in the Hindi remake of "Arjun Reddy" along with actor Shahid Kapoor.
Kiara on Tuesday tweeted: "Need all your love and good wishes as we begin a new journey recreating one of the most loved films of last year 'Arjun Reddy'. So excited to be working with the amazing team Shahid Kapoor, Sandeep, Ashwin Varde, Murad Khetani, Bhushan Kumar."
Producer Bhushan Kumar of T-Series welcomed Kiara into the film and tweeted: "Happy to introduce Kiara Advani as the lead alongside Shahid Kapoor for the remake of 'Arjun Reddy'. Looking forward to this project!"
The original "Arjun Reddy", directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga, featured Vijay Deverakonda in the titular role and was a success. Sandeep will helm the Hindi version too.
