Kido-Markis put Warriors back in hunt

Mathias Boe and Markis Kido put Awadhe Warriors' back in contention by winning the men's doubles match against Hyderabad Hotshots' Goh V. Shem and Khim Wah Lim in the Indian Badminton League (IBL) here Thursday.

Boe and Kido won 21-14, 21-20 to reduce Hotshots' lead to 2-1 at the Siri Fort Sports Complex.

Earlier, Hotshots' Tanongsak Saensomboonsuk and Saina Nehwal won their individual ties against R.M.V. Gurusaidutt and P.V. Sindhu, respectively, to give their team a 2-0 lead.
