To amplify the 'Make in India' message and help promote the country as a preferred destination for global investment and manufacturing, a 'Make in India' magazine -- narrating dynamic entrepreneurs stories -- has been released.
Conde Nast India, a media company, has associated with the government's 'Make in India Week' initiative for the magazine. A special edition of the official 'Make in India' magazine was launched at the ongoing 'Make in India Week' event here on Wednesday, read a statement.
The 200-page magazine tells inspiring stories of some of India's most dynamic entrepreneurs and companies, and showcases the energy sweeping across the nation in various sectors.
The magazine was launched in the presence of Amitabh Kant, secretary, department of industrial policy and promotion (DIPP), V. Sunil, director, Motherland Joint Ventures and creative director, 'Make in India' programme, among others.
Divia Thani Daswani, editor of 'Make in India' magazine, shared that "behind every brand, every label, every product or service, is a person with a vision of creating something new and transformational. These are the true stories of people making in India. We hope to tell and re-tell their stories for years to come."
