Actress Kristen Stewart is confirmed to play a lead role in "Personal Shopper", a ghost story taking place in the fashion underworld. Filming is expected to start later this year here.
The feature film will reunite Stewart with Olivier Assayas, who previously directed her in "Clouds of Sils Maria".
Her role as an assistant to international movie star (Juliette Binoche) won her Best actress title at Cesar Awards, France's equivalent of the Oscars.
She becomes the first American to win the prize, reports aceshowbiz.com.
After her "Twilight" days, Stewart has been starring in a number of indie movies. She was last seen in "Still Alice " with Julianne Moore and will next star opposite Jesse Eisenberg in "American Ultra".
She is also attached to Ang Lee's "Billy Lynn's Long Halftime Walk".
