Reality TV stars Kendall Jenner and Kylie Jenner have filed legal application to trademark their first names "in the fields of entertainment, fashion and pop culture".
Kylie filed an application last month to trademark her first name to "entertainment in the nature of providing information by means of a global computer network in the fields of entertainment, fashion and pop culture," reports tmz.com.
Reports claimed that Kylie wanted to mark her territory for personal appearances "by a celebrity, actress and model". Her sister Kendall, a model, also filed her own application for the same purposes.
Legal issues aside, Kendall was spotted hitting the red carpet of the 2015 Met Gala on Monday, in a revealing beaded green dress showing off her hour-glass figure.
The Calvin Klein Collection frock she wore was encrusted with crystals and designed by Francisco Costa, creative director of the fashion brand's women's line.
