Singer Kylie Minogue only dates men who have been approved by her staff because she likes to be careful about entering new relationships.
The "Sexercise" hitmaker, who split from Andres Velencoso last year after being together for five years, has said that she gets her staff to meet any potential suitors before she agrees to go out with them, reports contactmusic.com.
"I work a lot and I have a team, my people, and there are a few whispers down the corridor and it's stuff like that. It's not vetting, but you kind of have to have your eyes open," she said when asked about choosing the right partner.
"It's as awkward for me as it is for anyone," she added.
