Super sports car manufacturer Automobili Lamborghini Monday launched its brand new offering in the Indian market-- Huracán, priced at Rs.3.43 crore (ex-showroom Delhi).
According to the company, the new sports car is the successor to the iconic Gallardo, which sold 14,022 units and became the most successful Lamborghini model ever made.
"Since its global launch at the Geneva Motor Show, the customer response has been very positive; they are delighted with the new design philosophy. Deliveries of these units are scheduled to begin in October 2014," said Pavan Shetty, head - operations, Lamborghini India.
The Huracán is powered by a 5.2-litre V10 engine with 610 hp and reaches a top speed of over 325 km an hour with acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h in 3.2 seconds.
