Actress Nimrat Kaur believes that life has a lot more to offer if you are intelligent and aware.

In a chat with designer Pria Kataaria Puri on the show "Born Stylish", Nimrat spoke about her career and the importance of awareness in life, read a statement.

"It's more important to be intelligent because you'll know how to make yourself look and feel beautiful. Life has a lot more to offer if you are intelligent and aware," said the actress of "The Lunchbox" fame.

She also shared that she "didn't know the vocabulary of being an actor when I first came to Mumbai".

The episode of "Born Stylish" with Nimrat Kaur will be aired on Saturday on Colors Infinity and Vh1.

Aamir Ali, Sanjeeda Sheikh get into 'heated discussion'

Actors Aamir Ali and Sanjeeda Sheikh have always appeared as a happy real- ife couple onscreen, but the duo will get into a "heated discussion" and will be seen fighting over a task in the upcoming episode of couple-based reality TV show "Power Couple".

All the couples in the show will undergo a task "Latke Aur Jhatke" wherein the boys will have to guide the girls who are blindfolded to break the pots which are hanging over them. However, the men will have to endure shocks in the interval if the girls take too long to break the pots.

"When it was Aamir and Sanjeeda's turn to perform the test, Aamir had to bear the shocks which resulted in him getting thrown off. When the shocks got too difficult to handle, Aamir got irritated with Sanjeeda which led to a heated discussion between them," said a source from the set.

"They were seen arguing for quite sometime and then the show's host Arbaaz Khan had to intervene and make peace between the couple," the source added.

Apart from them, the show also features Apoorva Agnihotri-Shilpa Saklani, Delnaaz Irani-Percy Karkaria, Salil Ankola-Ria Banerjee, Shawar Ali-Marsela, and Ashmit Patel-Mehak Chahal.

Co-hosted by actor-producer Arbaaz and his actress wife Malaika Arora Khan, "Power Couple" asks the couples to undergo tasks which tests them mentally and physically.

Shot in the scenic locales of Goa, the show is aired on Sony Entertainment Television.

Amrita Rao to make TV debut with Deepti Naval

Bollywood actress Amrita Rao, who has films like "Vivah", "Ishq Vishk" and "Main Hoon Na" to her credit, has been signed up for her debut onto the small screen with veteran actress Deepti Naval.

Set against the backdrop of the music industry, the show will be a finite series, produced by Nivedita Basu, read a statement.

Deepti is said to portray the older version of Amrita in &TV's upcoming show "Meri Awaaz Hi Pehchaan Hai".

"Meri Awaaz Hi Pehchaan Hai" will be shot across real locations.
