Newly appointed Union of European Football Associations (UEFA) President Aleksander Ceferin on Wednesday said that London is the best choice to host the knock-out games of the Euro 2020.
Ceferin made his remarks from the British capital where he participated, along with other figures including London's Mayor Sadiq Khan, in a presentation ceremony at London City Hall to reveal the logo of the 2020 European Championship, reports Efe.
Ceferin added that he was delighted to be in England, which he described as the "mythical cradle of football."
Euro 2020 will be hosted by 13 European cities, including London, to commemorate the tournament's 60th anniversary.
