Superstar Mahesh Babu, who recently watched the Akkineni family's Telugu family drama "Manam", is all praise for the cameo by debutant Akkineni Akhil, son of actor Akkineni Nagarjuna.
Akhil's cameo was raved by critics and audiences alike. "Manam" also features late legendary Telugu actor Akkineni Nageswara Rao alongside his son Nagarjuna and grandson Naga Chaitanya.
"(I'm) pleasantly surprised by Akhil's cameo in the end. The boy has amazing screen presence. (He is) a star to look out for in the future," Mahesh posted on his Twitter page Monday.
The Akkineni family who produced "Manam" kept Akhil's cameo a secret till the release of the film. This had a lot of positive effect on the film.
Directed by Vikram Kumar, "Manam" has turned out to be a blockbuster.This story of rebirths also features Shriya Saran, Samantha Ruth Prabhu, Brahmanandam, Ali, Neetu Chandra and Raashi Khanna in important roles.A
