The main accused in a high intensity bomb blast in a residential colony here was arrested on Friday from Nalanda district, police said.
"Main accused Kundan Kumar was arrested from Ekangarsarai area in Nalanda by a special police team and he will be brought to Patna for interrogation," a police official said here.
The explosion on March 30 ripped through a flat in the colony but no casualty was reported. Police also recovered two more bombs from the colony on the same day.
Following the arrest of the main suspect, Patna Senior Superintendent of Police Jitendra Rana said the two other accused in the blast would be arrested soon.
Police have already released sketches of two other suspects Ashok Kumar and Hemant Kumar.
A team of the National Investigation Agency has also begun a probe into the blast to ascertain involvement of any terror organisation.
