West Bengal Chief Minister and Trinamool Congress chairperson Mamata Banerjee possesses assets little over Rs. 30 lakh, as revealed by her nomination papers filed on Thursday.
Banerjee, who is contesting the assembly polls from Bhowanipore, has shown her annual income for 2014-15 to be Rs.5,92,655. She doesn't own any immovable properties.
Banerjee's movable assets comprise of cash in hand of Rs.18,436, Rs.27.61 lakh in bank investments, 9 grams of jewellery worth Rs.26,380, and a multi-gym machine worth Rs. 2.15 lakh besides Rs.5,188 as personal advances.
The 61-year-old leader has no vehicles registered in her name.
