A 32-year-old masseur was found dead in mysterious circumstances at a vacant plot near his residence here on Monday, police said.
The body of Dhirendra Issar, a native of Bihar's Samastipur, was discovered around 7.30 a.m. at a Delhi Development Authority's plot at Begumpur area in west Delhi.
"Dhirendra's private body part was chopped off and his head was attacked with a blunt object," a police official said.
"Prima Facie, it seems to be a case of personal enmity."
"We have registered a case of murder against unidentified person and have started questioning his friends, relatives and family members," he added.
Police said that Dhirendra worked as a body-massager.
