A man has been arrested here for slitting his wife's throat after he suspected she was having an extra-marital affair, police said on Monday.
Deputy Commissioner of Police Romil Baaniya said Minakshi, 30, was murdered by her husband Parveen, 32, at their house in south Delhi's Badarpur area on Saturday.
The officer said the accused, a driver, was arrested the same day.
Baaniya said the couple was married for 12 years and had two sons aged 10 and 4. He said the deceased had injury marks on her neck and head.
Baaniya said the incident happened early on Saturday when the children were not in the house.
