A 28-year-old man smothered his four-year-old son to death and later hanged himself at his house after an argument with his wife Monday, police said.
Dharmendra, who worked as a jar delivery man in a water purifying company, hanged himself from a ceiling fan after killing his son at his Narela residence in west Delhi.
The bodies were spotted by a neighbour who informed the man's wife, who was out for work, as well as police.
Police said Dharmendra was depressed due his troubled married life and often used to fight with his wife.
A neighbour told police the couple had a fight Monday morning too.
