Rome, April 27 (IANS/AKI) A 25-year-old man died in Italy's Sicily region after his cousin doused him with petrol and set him on fire "for making too much noise".
Antonino Marco Castro suffered burns to 95 percent of his body in the attack by his 36-year-old cousin Antonio Marino in the eastern Sicilian town of Paterno.
Neighbours said there were frequent arguments between Castro and Marino, who lived below his younger cousin in the same apartment building and complained he made too much noise.
Marino, who suffered burns to 15 percent of his body in the attack, was arrested and his being held in Paterno's military hospital.
He faces murder charges for the attack, in which he poured a bucket of petrol over Castro and lit a match.
