A man shot dead six people and injured three others in China's Yunnan province, police said Friday.
The suspect, 38-year-old Shao Zongqi, killed them Thursday and is now wanted by the Tengchong county police, reported Xinhua.
Shao, who is from Qingkou village, is suspected of carrying out the murders with what is believed to be a semi-automatic rifle before he escaped, police said.
The police has offered 200,000 yuan as reward for those who provide information that can lead to his arrest or can capture him.
