A 30-year-old man, wanted in cases of snatching and having a bounty of Rs.25,000, has been arrested in the capital, police said on Monday.
Bhojraj was arrested on Saturday from Najafgarh in west Delhi for his involvement in two cases of robbery-cum-snatching, that also included a murder.
Police said he had a bounty of Rs.25,000 for his arrest.
During interrogation, Bhojraj told police he wanted to become a "dada" (area don).
"Bhojraj along with his accomplices killed a man in 2007 during a robbery bid. He served five years in jail for the crime, but after getting out on bail, he was again involved in crime," Deputy Commissioner of Police R.A. Sanjeev said.
