A Delhi court Thursday sent five men, arrested for the killing of a 29-year-old Manipuri BPO employee in the city, to 14 day's judicial custody.
Metropolitan Magistrate Ashok Kumar sent Azad Choudhary alias Bhola, 24, Sanjay Basoya, 24, Shakti Basoya, 21, and Rajiv, 25, and Lokesh to judicial custody till Aug 7.
Akha Salouni was beaten to death Monday following a spat with the youths while he was going to a friend's house in south Delhi's Kotla Mubarakpur area.
Meanwhile, Rajiv's counsel Lavkesh Chaudhary requested the court to preserve CCTV footage which is material piece of evidence in the case.
