A court here Friday granted bail to three people accused of assaulting two Manipuri women.
Additional Sessions Judge Rajender Kumar Shastri granted bail to Prem Raj, Bhagwan Dass and Manoj, saying that one of the accused facing the same charges has been given bail.
Accused Yogesh was granted bail earlier this week, while one more accused Bharat Singh is still in judicial custody.
"The court has directed the three accused to furnish an amount of Rs.30,000 and surety of like amount, while allowing their bail application," said defence counsel Lovekesh Chaudhary and Vinod Gupta.
Two women from Manipur, in their late 20s, were beaten up by a group of men in Kotla Mubarakpur area of south Delhi Jan 24. The men also passed racist comments against them, police said.
