Filmmaker Arivazhagan has confirmed Malayalam actress Manju Warrier has given her nod for his next yet-untitled Tamil project. However, she is yet to officially sign on the dotted line.
"It's a women-centric action thriller. I couldn't think of anyone but Manju. I have watched her Malayalam film and I felt she could do justice. I have approached her and pitched the script but she is yet to sign the project," Arivazhagan told IANS.
He said she was impressed with his script.
"She really liked my narration and expressed lot of faith in my script. Once she officially comes on board, we will finalise the rest of cast. We have roped in Thaman to compose the music," he said.
The project is most likely to start rolling from August.
